Which meeting agenda is this stage 0 proposal on?

None afaik but here's the discussion thread tc39/ecma402#513

For practicality’s sake, generally we try to keep the list of stage 0 proposals to those that have been, or will be, presented at a tc39 meeting. Would you mind adding it to the January agenda? The linked discussion also implies that perhaps it shouldn’t be a proposal; in that case, we could alternatively remove it from this repo’s list.
